Shipping Policy

At Dachs Sport, we want your order to arrive safely and promptly. Below you'll find our shipping costs, delivery times and how we process your order.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: 4 € for orders under 50 €. Free delivery on orders of 50 € or more.
• Other EU countries: 6 € for orders under 50 €. Free delivery on orders of 50 € or more.
• Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: 30 € for orders under 50 €. 25 € for orders of 50 € or more.

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Providers

We ship most orders with DHL. Occasionally, orders may be sent via Amazon MCF or UPS.

Delivery Times

• Germany: most orders arrive within 3–5 working days.
• Other EU countries: most orders arrive within 5–10 working days, depending on your location.
• Switzerland, United Kingdom and Norway: most orders arrive within 7–14 working days.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, the destination country may charge customs fees, import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship to Germany, all other EU member states, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
