Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email.

You may use the model withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not obligatory.

When you use the electronic withdrawal function, we will send you confirmation of receipt without undue delay on a durable medium, such as by email. The confirmation will include the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning the Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Where provided for by law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the customer is decisive for their production, or which are clearly personalised;
  
• the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  
• the supply of goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts concerning:

• the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been removed after delivery;
  
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, where the seal has been removed after delivery.
